1 Each applicant must be a high school graduate, obtained a GED or have met the requirements for high school completion in the state in which they reside.

2 Transcripts of all secondary and post-secondary education must be submitted.

3 While not a requirement, it is recommended that each applicant take the SAT and/or ACT and have the results included in their transcripts.

4 Each applicant must be in agreement with the Foundation Bible Institute Statement of Faith.

5 Each applicant must give testimony of salvation and a desire to grow in the Lord.
